Real Estate Agent

There's no place like home - and Elizabeth Downs is proud to call Kentucky hers. As a child with military parents, Elizabeth moved around a lot while growing up.

She graduated from Meade County High School and has been in Kentucky ever since. She attended the University of Kentucky where she earned a bachelor's degree in Political Science. This go-getter then pursued a master's degree in Human Resources Leadership from Sullivan University.

From there, Elzabeth has held various positions such as human resources leader and human resources manager. You may be wondering - why move into real estate?

Elizabeth's interest in real estate sparked when she purchased and renovated rental property. She knew the people skills she developed in HR could complement the strategic business transaction side of real estate. Throughout her career, Elizabeth has been known as having attention to detail, the ability to problem solve and a knack for quickly putting people at ease.

As a get-your-hands-dirty kind of gal, Elizabeth and her husband raise cattle and have chickens. She also likes to hunt and fish and uses embroidery to express her creative side. Elizabeth and her husband were married in 2013 and have one son and a Great Pyrenees named Alvie.

Elizabeth is a member of the Vormbrock-Novak Real Estate Group which sold 111 properties in 2017.
