Real Estate Agent

I love it when my buyers find the home of their dreams.

I get a great deal of satisfaction from seeing clients get excited about my properties. They see the potential in a new place, and I have the satisfaction of knowing I made it happen. It’s kind of like introducing a couple for a blind date who end of getting happily married. OK, maybe it’s not THAT exciting, but it reminds me how important my expertise can be in the home-buying process.

As a lifelong resident of southwest Jefferson County, I am very familiar with Louisville and the surrounding area. With 23 years of solid experience in the real estate market, I am comfortable working with a variety of clients: buyers, sellers and investors. I’ve learned to keep my pulse on the latest trends and emerging “hot spot” neighborhoods. And I can easily navigate the more complex process of foreclosures, short sales and Department of Housing and Urban Development properties.

As you’ve probably heard, it’s all about “location, location, location.” If you’re selling, having the right property at the right time can net you the best possible sale price. And if you’re looking for that perfect house, condo, townhouse or the place to build your dream home, I can guide you to the options that best fit your style and preference.

If you’re ready to take the first step in your realty journey, get in touch with me. I’ll make the process as easy as possible for you. And you may be interested to know that, in my spare time, I love to bake. So, don’t be surprised if you end up with a batch of cookies or a cake to celebrate your closing. And remember my motto:

Where there's a WILLS, there's a WAY!
