Hi! My name is Tonya Renfrow. My husband, David, and I operate Homes by Renfrow. We love real estate and our favorite aspect of it is the process of helping others.

We love to serve and educate buyers and sellers as they move through the experience. David and I also have the wonderful opportunity to create new friendships along the way.

I’ve been a business owner, an event planner for a state trade association, and an administrative professional in the Bullitt County school system. Together, my professional experience has equipped me to be an awesome agent for you – caring, compassionate and efficient.

My goal is to always be available to you. David and I pride ourselves on great communication and follow up. Yes, it involves one of, if not, the largest financial decision most people make in their lifetime. We get it! That's why it is important to always talk ... about anything and everything. When we get to the closing table, we hope you can look back on it and appreciate the adventure of real estate and hope you feel that you've created lifelong friendships. David and I have been married 27 years and have three adult children: Cody, Austin and Ashley. We also have two beautiful grandsons as well as an awesome extended family. I have been in Kentucky my whole life, raised in the Highview area and moved into Bullitt County in 1993. Our favorite times are spent with each other. We enjoy traveling most anywhere, watching the sun rise on the ocean, kayaking, and just hanging out with the kids. We are truly blessed and appreciate life's simple pleasures.
